Extreme Signs & Graphics has made it easy to place your banner order online.

 

Just complete your order by filling out the form below. You will receive confirmation, by email, within 24 hours. If you do not receive confirmation, please call the office at (951) 506-0777 or email JoAnn.

 

If you would like to choose your own banner elements, please contact JoAnn prior to submitting this form.

Pick up is 5-10 business days from the time your order was placed.

 

If you have a character design, that you’d like to use, please email your graphic in one of the following formats, to joann@proimagead.com :

Photoshop or TIFF – no larger than 81/2” x 11 @ 300 DPI.

Team Information - Please include the following:
  • Players - Include the players first name, last name or nick name (only one) and jersey
    number. Jersey numbers can be submitted at the time of proofing, if they are unavailable when
    submitting the order
  • Support Staff (Manager, Coaches, Team Parent(s) & Sponsor(s) - Include first and last
    names. Both names will be used whenever possible
  • Any specific items you would like on your banner or pennants(colors, graphic elements or
    design ideas)

Minimum Shipping $25.00

 

Shipping is based on the Address provided and you will be informed via email if the shipping is more
than 25.00. Shipping is sent via Fedex ground delivery and is approx. 3-5 business days from the
time your order is completed. All local addresses are picked up at our Temecula, CA office. Local
areas would be: Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore.

 

Proofs: You will be emailed a confirmation within 24 hours. If you do not hear back please contact
JoAnn to confirm if your order was received.

 

Please review your order carefully before submitting.

 

You will be sent your banner proof for sign-off via email. Sign off is for spelling checks only, not

redesign of your banner. Redesign of your banner will start the process over & could incur

additional charges.

 

Sales tax will be added to all credit card payments. All credit card info is required before picking
up order. No Checks or Money orders accepted

 

IMPORTANT: Only press the submit button ONE time. You will be taken to another page when the
order is complete. If there are any issues in placing the order you will be notified on the screen.
